    2.Saudi Aramco शुरू कैसे हुई?

     Saudi Aramco को सऊदी अरब सरकार और कैलिफोर्निया के स्टैंडर्ड ऑयल कंपनी के बीच एक समझौते द्वारा शुरू किया गया है। कंपनी ने 1939 में अपना पहला वाणिज्यिक तेल उत्पादन शुरू किया। 1939 के बाद कंपनियों ने अपने वितरण चैनलों का लगातार विस्तार किया। 1949 में कंपनी प्रति दिन 5,00,000 बैरल उत्पादन करती थी । 

    कंपनी एक पाइपलाइन विकसित करने पर भी काम कर रही हैं। 1950 में उन्होंने ट्रांस और अरब के बीच 1212 किलोमीटर पाइपलाइन पूरी की। यह पाइपलाइन दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी पाइपलाइन है। इस पाइपलाइन ने कंपनी को उनके तेल को यूरोप में निर्यात करने में मदद की और परिवहन की लागत में भी कटौती की। कंपनी ने तेजी से अपने उत्पादन अभियान का विस्तार किया और 1962 में 5 मिलियन बैरल के कच्चे तेल के उत्पादन किया जो एक मिल का पत्थर साबित हुआ।

    Saudi Aramco दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी प्रॉफिट मेकिंग और रेवेन्यू जनरेटिंग कंपनी है। कंपनी एप्पल और गूगल जैसे कंपनी से भी अधिक लाभ कमाती है । 2018 में कंपनी ने 111.1 बिलियन डॉलर का लाभ कमाया। जबकि इन वर्ष में Apple कंपनी ने सिर्फ $ 59.5 बिलियन कमाया था। जिससे पता चलता है कि कंपनी कितनी लाभदायक है। आप इस आंकड़े से कंपनी के राजस्व का अनुमान लगा सकते हैं।

    Saudi Aramco ने कई वैश्विक निवेश किए हैं। Saudi Aramco ने भारत में भी  कई निवेश किया है। भारत में कंपनी का पहला निवेश $ 44 बिलियन था, जिसमें कंपनी की संयुक्त रूप से 50% हिस्सेदारी है। बाकी हिस्सेदारी इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्प, बीपीसीएल और एचपीसीएल के पास  है। कंपनी ने रिलायंस इंडस्ट्री के साथ भी बेहतरीन डील की है। इस सौदे में Saudi Aramco ने $ 75 बिलियन वैल्यूएशन के लिए रिलायंस ऑयल टू केमिकल में 20% के लिए 15 बिलियन डॉलर का निवेश किया  है। यह सौदा भारत के लिए सबसे अच्छा सौदा था। कंपनी ने रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज को प्रति दिन के आधार पर जामनगर में स्थित रिफाइनरी में 5,00,000 बैरल कच्चे तेल की की आपूर्ति भी की ।

    कंपनी ने अपना पहला IPO, 2019 में सार्वजनिक किया| Saudi Aramco की पहली IPO की कीमत $ 2 ट्रिलियन थी। लेकिन ब्लूमबर्ग द्वारा एक सर्वेक्षण किया गया जिसके अनुसार, बताया जाता है कि 40% निवेशकों ने इसे $ 1.2- $ 1.5 ट्रिलियन के रूप में माना और अन्य ने इसे $ 1.1 ट्रिलियन या उससे कम निवेश किया। कंपनी ने अपने आरंभिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव से $ 25.6 बिलियन का निवेश प्राप्त किया।

    1.Saudi Aramco ने 27 मार्च, 2019 को $ 69.1 बिलियन में SABIC A Diversified Manufacturing Company को खरीद लिया।

    2. ARLANXEO एक सिंथेटिक रबर कंपनी के रूप में काम कर रही थी, जिसे Saudi Aramco ने 8 अगस्त, 2018 को $ 1.6 बिलियन  में खरीद  लिया।
